Joining the association

Anyone who lives in the Hillside Neighborhood (see map) can be a member.  All residents are encouraged to attend board meetings, and especially general membership meetings.

To become a member of HNA (and have full voting rights) one must enroll through District 4 Coalition (D4C).  Portland neighborhoods are grouped into four neighborhood districts. D4C is the nonprofit district coalition office representing 32 Neighborhood Associations located in NW, SW, and SE Portland.

The HNA board meets on the fourth (4th) Tuesday-of-the-month at 7:00 p.m. at the Hillside Community Center, 653 NW Culpepper Ter.
