The event planned for September 13, 2025 is canceled due to low enrollment of sellers. We look upon this experience as planting seeds for an inaugural event sometime in 2026.
What to possibly expect in 2026:
The Hillside Neighborhood-wide Garage Sale will likely place on a Saturday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. You manage your individual sale from your garage or driveway, and keep the proceeds. Registration through the Neighborhood Association will provide you advertisement and heightened public interest of this consolidated effort… therefore, a greater chance to sell all your things which must find a new home.
We need a minimum of 20 participating homes in order to run the program. There will be a $25 enrollment “fee” to be donated to Hillside to offset expenses, and operate as an Association fundraiser. Your home’s street address will be placed on electronic maps for the public (including on this page – see below). Advertisement will include categories of household items each residence has for sale.
A Seller Map will be posted below one day in advance of the event, showing each garage sale location, and categories of items for sale.
