Neighborhood Watch

Hillside Neighborhood Watch began in the summer of 2003 when a rash of residential burglaries struck the Hillside Neighborhood. Since then HNW has connected residents of the Hillside Neighborhood by email in an effort to fight crime and promote neighborhood safety and livability. For membership please contact Ginger Burke.

Call 9-1-1 when a crime is being committed or about to be committed. Call the non-emergency line (503-823-3333) for all other criminal matters, for example, reporting a theft that has already occurred.
